Martial Athletics (Krav Maga for Kids) – This blend of Tae Kwon Do, American Kickboxing and Krav Maga (fundamentals) is designed to teach aspects of the traditional martial arts, while incorporating real life self-defense techniques our kids face today. Half of the class focuses on specific martial art and self-defense applications while the second half of class focuses on strength and conditioning, featuring the Parisi Speed School program.
